What teachers are saying:

I just wanted to express my gratitude for such an enlightening experience at the History Institute. It was definitely a well organized and educational event. We were all very amazed to see such passion and true excitement about history exhibited by all of the presenters. This enthusiasm and pride in the history of Palm Beach County was evident by all involved. I thoroughly enjoyed visiting the various historical sites and learning about the people that contributed to the making of our Palm Beach County. The History Institute was one of the most enriching summer institutes that I have ever experienced in my 31 years of teaching. There were so many resources, books and technology provided, that I will continue my learning this summer. I now have my summer reading! The History Institute has motivated me to learn more about our county. As for my fifth graders, they will learn that history begins in their own backyard! Again, thanks to all for beginning my summer with an exciting, educational week.....just terrific!
